As an illustrator, Charlotte is inspired by the simple and quiet moments one experiences—a glance out of a window capturing leaves fluttering from a tree to a lone glass of water resting undisturbed on a café table. It’s a breath-in and exhale moment from our nervous world. In the space between those thoughts comes the light stroke of a watercolor brush stroke and sometimes a most delicate touch of motion, bringing you close to the moment she shares with you.
A skilled and studied commercial artist, she began her career on the agency side in Paris and gradually shifted her focus to illustration and motion animation design. She lives and works in Amsterdam and has a wide array of clients, including Airbnb, Burt’s Bees, Vogue Scandinavia, Shutterstock, Aristophanes, Birchbox, Nike, Adidas, Edelweiss, David Yurman, and more. Her special skill is hand lettering. She is quickly becoming masterful at motion design, giving her illustrations the added element of life—making her work and vision even more enticing.
